چکیده

In the previous study, pickle-derived Lactiplantibacillus plantarum 22A-3 (LP22A3) suppressed ear edema in passive cutaneous anaphylaxis by its oral administration. Moreover, LP22A3 treatment directly to RBL-2H3 cells shows no effect on β-hexosaminidase release from but inhibited using Caco-2/RBL-2H3 co-culture system stimulated with apical side. this administration of decreased total IgE and ovalbumin (OVA) specific contents blood BALB/c mice induced food allergy OVA. development dermatitis 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB) which was used develop atopic dermatitis-like lesions NC/Nga mice. This alleviation further correlated a reduction elevated serum IgE, transepidermal water loss acanthosis LP22A3-treated group compared vehicle-treated positive group. composed Caco-2 cells, side before or after sensitization anti-dinitrophenyl (DNP) antibody indicated different β−hexosaminidase RBL-2H3. Its release, not sensitization, indicating that affected mast sensitized allergen through intestinal epithelial cells. These results suggest may have potential therapeutic property for Type 1 hypersensitivity dermatitis.

Oral Administration of Herbal Mixture Extract Inhibits 2,4-Dinitrochlorobenzene-Induced Atopic Dermatitis in BALB/c Mice

CP001 is four traditional herbal medicine mixtures with anti-inflammatory properties. In this study, we investigated the effect of oral administration of CP001 ethanol extract on the 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene- (DNCB-) induced AD mouse models. For that purpose, we observed the effects of oral administration of CP001 on skin inflammatory cell infiltration, skin mast cells, production of serum IgE,...

Positive Effects of hydrogen water on 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene-induced atopic dermatitis in NC/Nga mice.

Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a chronically relapsing, pruritic, eczematous skin disorder accompanying allergic inflammation. AD is triggered by oxidative stress and immune imbalance. In the present study, we investigated the effect of drinking hydrogen water (HW) on 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB)-induced atopic dermatitis in NC/Nga mice and found that HW ameliorated DNCB-induced AD-like clinical ...

Danggui Buxue Tang Inhibits 2,4-Dinitrochlorobenzene: Induced Atopic Dermatitis in Mice

Danggui Buxue Tang (DBT) is a herbal decoction that has been used in Chinese medicine to enhance qi and blood circulation. Previously, we found that DBT can suppress allergy-related asthma in mice, leading us to hypothesize that DBT might ameliorate allergy disease. In this study, we evaluated whether DBT can attenuate atopic dermatitis (AD) symptoms and have an anti-inflammatory effect on AD-l...

Solanum tuberosum L. cv Hongyoung extract inhibits 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene-induced atopic dermatitis in NC/Nga mice

Solanum tuberosum L. cv Hongyoung (SH) is a widely consumed anthocyanin-rich food and medicinal plant, which possesses anti‑inflammatory and anti‑allergic activities. The present study aimed to examine the inhibitory effects of SH extract on atopic dermatitis (AD)‑like skin lesions induced by the topical application of 2,4‑dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB) in NC/Nga mice. SH extract was orally admini...

Elemol from Chamaecyparis obtusa ameliorates 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene-induced atopic dermatitis.

Chamaecyparis obtusa has been traditionally used as an antibiotic agent and in cosmetics for the prevention of microorganism infection and skin troubles. Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a chronic inflammatory skin disease that encompasses immunologic responses, susceptibility factors and compromised skin-barrier function. Use of plant medicines in therapeutic treatment of AD has recently been suggest...
